PETA is blasting the message to all stations in the path of Hurricane Wilma, advising people to evacuate WITH their animals. Wilma is expected to make landfall by Saturday. After seeing the horror stories from Hurricane Katrina, Ali MacGraw rushed to shoot this public service announcement (PSA) in hopes of avoiding another disaster for animals. In what has become a record-breaking hurricane season, MacGraw joins PETA in urging people to be prepared to take action quickly to save not only their own lives, but those of their animal companions as well.

Best known for her starring roles in Love Story and The Getaway, MacGraw has been an outspoken animal advocate and anti-fur activist. After Hurricane Katrina, she graciously offered to shoot not only this PSA, but also two additional natural disaster PSAs. According to MacGraw, "The time to make preparations for your animals' safety is now—before disaster strikes."
